Reservations can be made 7 days in advance.

The Fine Print
* If you have made a reservation and are unable to attend, we require a minimum of one hours notice, via email or phone call. If you do not cancel within the hour, we reserve the right charge your account for that class. If you are a monthly member a fee may be charged at renewal.

* Sessions expire 3 months from the purchase date and are non-refundable and non-transferable. One month unlimited covers all classes for a period of 30 days.

* Due to insurance regulations, no one under the age of 18 is allowed on the premises during normal business hours.

* We reserve the right to change instructors and schedule without prior notice.
